Project Health check 

The project health check tool is a tool for providing insight into performance and effectiveness of a project measured against a number of project management practices which have been grouped into the following seven categories:

•Clear Scope & Dependencies

•Credible Plan

•Effective Programme Controls

•Engaged Stakeholders

•High Performing Team

•Benefits Realisation

 

Projects that score favourably in the assessment are expected to have a higher probability of success than those that have a low score. The Project Health Check serves as a baseline for identifying possible improvements that can be implemented throughout the lifetime of the selected project.

 

The recommendations are based on the responses to the questions submitted by your organization and are intended to create a discussion within the Project Leadership Team about the health of the project.
